| My eye doctor recommended these eye vitamins, also containing multivitamins,and there has been no change in my prescription since (4 years) Perhaps they have made a positive difference, or not, but I would be taking vitamins anyway, so why not include ingredients specifically for my eyes? Seems like a "win-win"! |

I'm taking these vitamins per the reccomendation
of my ophthalmologist. I have the dry form of
macular degeneration and it was suggested that
the increased lutein and mineral formulation
might slow the progress of the disease. There
are as of now no clinical studies that I know of
to support this. I'm sure they will be forth-
coming. Alcon the company that makes this product
specializes in eyecare.
